Renewals Administrator

OVERALL ROLE PURPOSE:

Manage the production of Network Early Termination quotes, Transfer quotes and Vehicle termination within the Corporate governance policy and agreed service levels. Ensure that all quotes are produced according to the FCA and CCA compliance regulations around the relevant Network products.

Provide the highest level of service with internal and external customers around the renewal management processes. Ensure that all customer renewal documentation is correctly executed and that the vehicle renewal processes is amended correctly and franchisees are in receipt of the correct payment within the agreed SLA. Provide excellent customer service, including basic account management to Network wide customer base. Work with the Account Managers across Network UK to reduce overall customer debt by dealing with customer issues as they arise and providing innovative solutions to customer problems to provide a seamless service moving forward.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

*Ensure accurate, efficient and correct termination of customer agreements whilst maintaining customer expectations
*Provide quotes to customers and Franchisees
*Liaise with internal customers/Franchisees via telephone, fax and email
*Manage the response to all quote requests according to agreed Service Levels.
*Operate within a control frame work ensuring that comprehensive audit trails exist for all quote production

*Work to achieve expert level of knowledge of Network products and systems.
*Support the End of Contracts & Renewals Manager in achieving departmental objectives.
*Work closely and effectively with colleagues across the business to deliver the goal of total customer service and risk management.

*Actively support the development and implementation of improved business systems (where 'systems' includes IT and non-IT processes to enhance and optimise accuracy / speed / volume / profitability targets within agreed commercial policy parameters and management practices.
*Data input accuracy and the maintenance of accurate customer and Franchisee records.
*Supplier management in the generation of reports.
*Maximise the profile of supporting the renewal process and schedule updates.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEREQUIRED

*Knowledge of the Consumer Credit Act and Data Protection Act
*Knowledge of contract law and areas of key legal compliance. Experience of instalment finance products & services, hire and/or leasing business where monthly invoicing is typical.
*Excellent administrative skills, demonstrating strong attention to detail and 'right first time' principles

*Proven ability to manage across functions, with a focus on the robustness of the end- to-end process and the integrity of the final outcome
*Proven ability to analyse complex situations and formulate innovative solutions
*Proven ability to communicate and influence at all levels, both inside and outside the Network business unit
*Previous office experience preferable
*Fluent in business English language - written and verbal.
*Working knowledge of core Microsoft applications (Word and Excel).
*Full understanding of relevant products, processes and systems.
*Experience of actively participating in a team environment, whilst demonstrating the capability to work independently.
*Emotionally resilient and able to work under pressure
*Positive self image and orientation towards self development
*Follows through tasks/projects to their completion
*Customer driven with ability to operate according to service level agreements
*Numerate with well developed analytical skills
*5 GCSE's or equivalent typically grade C or above must have at least grade C in English and B in Maths
