Online Product Support
Work for a local company that treats you like an asset and not a number. This professional and passionate company are looking for a Online Product Support to work with the Account Management team to understand clients initial online requirements.
Online Product Support you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
* Initiate implementation of online solutions
* Project manage all aspect of implementation including supplier and client liaisons
* Test online fulfilment solutions prior to client roll out
* Manage direct deta-testing with client
* Act as Level One support for clients and suppliers in relation to online fulfilment.
* Train both staff and clients on usage of online solutions.

Online Product Support Skills and Experience:
*The successful candidate will possess excellent Galileo / Sabre Skills
* General understanding of online booking process (ideally cliqbook, AeTM and KDS)
* Applicants must have previous Business Travel / Corporate experience
* This is team environment so must be friendly and customer service focused.
